Class taught at an intermediate level, however it’s honestly accessible to all levels. These workouts are made in a fashion by which you can modify as you need to adapt to your level, meet yourself where you are at and also challenge yourself to go further a little bit each time 😊💪!
This full length 55 minute class starts right deep into our core while giving the spine some much needed movement. From there you’ll feel all the different ways we can strengthen our core before shifting our focus to our back line to lift, extend and strengthen. Stick with us till the end and you’ll enjoy some lovely classics and stretching.
