Practice makes progress, welcome to day 3 of our Classical Pilates Reformer program. Our odd days start at the beginning of the original sequence and carry us half way through. Today you will be able to repeat what you did on day 1. Use these classes to really refine your practice, everything from individual exercises to the entire flow. Focus on form, breath and alignment, muscle activation and movement patterns. As the classical work hinges greatly on the power of repetition, we will repeat and practice makes progress.

Intermediate for some exercises, all levels for others. Suggestions given for where modifications might be needed. Listen to your body and move appropriately.

Once you become accustomed to the sequence and thoroughly learn each exercise including the set up of the Reformer you will be able to focus on your execution through each moment and on nothing else. Then this will become moving truly from center outward.
Practice, repeat, see progressions, track progressions in your practice, and measure change. Improve and deepen your practice. Learn the classical exercises as well as the order of them. Increase power and efficiency. Improve mind-body awareness.
