This is a replay of a special appearance by Cloè Sommadossi from Pilates Academy Dubai. Kristi and Cloè taught together LIVE a Mat Flow and this is the replay.
Focus : Total body strength, coordination, breath and flow. We focus on the joy of movement, blending two different teaching styles, not knowing what’s coming next (“Popcorn Pilates” ?), coming together to build strength together and have fun while we are at it! It’s always better together, so grab your workout buddy for this one, connect live with each other and do the flow!
Class Level : ALL levels. Modifications given, adjust for your needs.
Goals : Muscle tone, flexibility, centering and breath.
