Pilates challenge, yes we continue to challenge ourselves in perfecting our exercise, practice and performance of each classical exercise, picking up today where we left off from day 3. Remember that today includes some very advanced exercises in the classical repertoire, so please be mindful to skip them if you are not ready for them in your own practice. Stepping stones are given. Continue to keep your focus centered and internal throughout class as we want to move from our center out. The challenge is less in the choreography and much more in the breath, concentration, precision, control, fluidity, and centering.

This pilates challenge of the classical reformer order will remain the same every even numbered day, throughout our program. The purpose of this is for you to refine your practice and focus on your control, precision, concentration, form/alignment, breath and movement patterns.
