Just Have Fun with it! Hang Time Rebounder

FOCUS :   

Full body core conditioning and cardio cleansing rebounding class today on the trampoline. You’ll work head to toe, boost your metabolism, burn some calories, get a sweat and feel your heart beating! We’ll have fun with it and not worry about looking silly, rebounding should be fun, never worry so much about the coordination factor, just play!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Trampoline and nothing more!

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels class. Modify if needed, always listen to your body, take pauses as you need, reduce the pace or speed it up whatever your body needs for today! This is YOUR workout!

CLASS FLOW :   

We typically start with a core warm up and then move on up which we do today as well. You’ll feel those glutes and work your laterals before hopping on up for your jumps. We’ll finish with some planks and a few stretches for a full body toning and sculpting experience.

GOALS :     

Increase stamina, endurance, heart strength and total body muscle tone. Sculpt and shape. Drain lymph fluids and increase blood circulation and metabolism. Improve posture dynamically. Improve hip strength and mobility. Work breath and alignment. Total body toning and sculpting. Boost energy. Have fun!
