Cardio & strength rebounding workout is our focus today, both endurance and stamina coupled with strength and power. We will be doing both vertical, Cardiolates style jumps as well as hip-hinged faster paced cardio blast jumps. We will also be working through some plyometric moves to strengthen our eccentric phase of movement which is the best fall prevention out there. This is full body fitness, we’ll get BOTH cardio and fat burning as we’ll change up the rate of the heart beat; as well as cellular exercise and cleansing, all in just 32 min of your day.
Remember: Rebounding is a very complete workout. It isn’t “just” cardio. It will exercise your individual cells making them stronger and healthier! In a world with a lot of toxic junk and overload through the environment, our food, water and what have you, we all need an exercise form like this!
Trampoline (preferably a high quality trampoline mat which absorbs more than 80% of the shock. If you follow the link here you’ll find our trampoline made by Bellicon and it absorbs 95% of the shock. We recommend getting the strongest bungees). Nothing else needed today.

Today starts with Cardiolates jumps challenging our mind-body connection and coordination with plenty of fun, fancy and funny steps. I hope you get a laugh with us as we try to figure it out too! ๐ After working in this fat-burning range we move through plyometrics on the trampoline mat challenging our eccentric strength, power and balance. Next, we move through a cardio spurt hinged at the hip moving much quicker and bringing the heart rate to that cardio pace. We’ll finish with our fun high jumps as you see in the picture above.
