*Equipment Needed : Your Mat and a booty band, preferably a medium resistance as we’ll be using it for arms too and heavy is a bit, well, heavy. 😉
Focus : Banded arms & legs standing, working strength and muscle tone, while also challenging and improving balance.
Class Level : ALL levels.
The Course of this Class : Most of today we will be standing. We’ll start with arms and shoulders, next we’ll move to legs and finally we’ll finish down on the mat for a quick shot of abs. This is a great class if you are out on the go and don’t have all your material, for a day where you are short on time, and also simply a good standing workout.
Goals : Improve arm and shoulder muscle tone, improve standing balance and get in a quick workout on the go.
