ALL levels. Today’s class follows a moderate pace and is approachable for all levels. Take pauses if you need and make any adjustments your body may ask for while maintaining a challenge and also your best alignment for optimal results!
CLASS FLOW :
You’ll start with floor work, then stand it up for arm work, and finish back down on the mat with lifted plank strength challenges to put together all the pieces at the end. Today’s class is focused on our core and those deep postural muscles around our spine, so concentrate on your center, your control and your breath in all your movements.
