Focus : Abs & booty, we’re really going to hone in on our CORE, all the way around that spine; upper back, glutes and hamstrings.

The Course of this Class : We’ll be down on our Mat for our entire session today. Our focus is precision, centering, focus and concentration to squeeze the best out of our efforts and work. The flow is steady and we loose no time in transitions. Today will be voiced over, enjoy the scenery!
Goals : Increase & improve muscle tone in abdominals, upper back muscles, glutes and hamstrings. Improve precision and focus. Reshape your CORE and entire center, triceps, booty, and thighs.
