*Equipment Needed : Reformer and long box, nothing more.
Focus : In this abs, back & booty workout our entire trunk is the focus, 360° around our core. We’ll use the box the entire time as well so there will be a fun fluid flow to this workout.
The Course of this Class : Starting with one of my new fav discoveries on the Reformer working unilaterally our core we move it up afterwards to the box for some feet and legs in straps working both front and back of body. Today our work is deep and concentrated. There will be a mix of contemporary moves and classical. Get ready for reverse abdominals with legs in the straps as well as teaser to name a few. You’ll feel stronger and more balanced and symmetrical at the end of this workout. I really enjoyed the flow of this class.
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
Goals : Build stronger abs, back & booty for a healthier spine, gate, more balanced body and overall well being. Challenge both the anterior and posterior chain of the body making sure one is not stronger than the other, but both work harmoniously together. Always improve lean muscle tone. Burn fat. Improve better posture.
