Arms and Abs workout to challenge your mind-body connectivity, your coordination, your power from your center, and your upper body strength. You’ll work both stabilization and moving strength. Upper body strength combined with core strength, connecting those shoulder stabilizing muscles and lats down the back, tying into your obliques and your core. Work your diagonals across the body front to back. Engage from center out and connect to which muscles you are firing in each exercise.
