17 minutes of total body toning and sculpting using body weight, resistance and weights to target arms, abs, and booty. Next 10 minutes of cardio tabata to burn fat and manage weight and fitness stamina. A fast and effective workout that will keep on working even after you have finished. If you don’t have all the additional and optional equipment added in today, JUST USE BODY WEIGHT, it’s still going to be a fabulous and challenging workout!

For Part 1 and Part 2: Your Mat. OPTIONAL: a booty band, jump rope, heavier set of dumbbells. If you some, all or none of these optional and additional props don’t worry. You can do this class body weight only or with any of the extras.
Get ready to see some challenging abs series in the first part of class. Modifications are given to notch down a bit if you need, form first, always, remember that! We’ll work in all planes, lying, standing, etcetera. This is a nice mix of functional fitness with classical Pilates form and engagement. In our second part of class for the tabata round, you only have one round, 8 exercises total, all about 1 minute each. You’ll see planks, jump squats, kettle bell swings, and more. Throughout today’s class focus on form first, breath next, and then powering everything from your center outwards.
A great class to repeat as often as you like. Remember you can break part 1 and 2 apart as well. Make these workouts your own!
